Author If I can get into this 9 acre property with the A-frame, I think I will erect smaller domes around it, attached to it, for individuals or couples even. The terrain at this location will allow for lots of walk-out basements that can house the person’s working studio. A round room perhaps 12-20 feet diameter, with a dome on top for personal living space, complete with a toilet, sink & shower, perhaps space for a study as well as a bedroom.
Given the north/south orientation of this particular A-frame, I think it won’t be long before I start cutting into the roof to insert skylights. And if I start installing skylights I might as well make larger openings, hallways into private dome spaces. Then the main body of the A-frame becomes common area, for dinners, or hanging out in the evening watching satellite TV. Whatever current sleeping areas that are there can now become dorm space for temporary friends.
The nice thing about this location, being on the water, we can name it Cuivienen.
